Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Consultant Solicitors and Senior Caseworkers with case preparation, including research, drafting legal documents, and preparing case summaries.
  • Organise and maintain client files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Attend client meetings, taking detailed notes and providing administrative support as needed.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct legal research using a variety of resources, including law libraries and online databases.
  • Support Consultant Solicitors in preparing for and attending court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of client and firm matters.
  • Daily reporting to the Senior Caseworkers with the status of ongoing casework.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and workshops organised by the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • LLB/LLM or a degree in a relevant field from a UK university; completion of a paralegal certificate program is a plus.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a legal role (Paralegal, Caseworker, Legal Assistant or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Professional level – English)
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with legal research tools and databases.
  • A keen attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in legal documents.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.

We are currently seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility, increase client engagement, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including digital and offline campaigns, content creation, and social media management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop creative marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Support video production – create briefs, proposed questions, attend shoots and manage staff as well as overview edits and final output
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
  • Manage the company’s online presence, including website updates, search engine optimisation (SEO), and online reputation management.
  • Coordinate and execute events, such as webinars and networking events, to promote the firm and generate leads.

  • Assist with public relations efforts, including media outreach, press release writing, and tracking media coverage.
  • Building relevant email campaigns (using MailChimp) including our segmented and targeted approach

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 2-3 years of demonstrable experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns that positively impacted awareness and growth in a B2C environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Good command over Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and relevant photo/video editing tools
  • Visually creative with strong branding & presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing copy (Professional level – English)
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as marketing software and tools.
